Matthew G. Bray Chartered Surveyors was established in 1992 by Matthew G. Bray FRICS, an independent Chartered Surveyor who has more than twenty-five years post qualification experience surveying and valuing residential properties within Somerset, East & Mid Devon and West Dorset.

Specialising in residential properties of all types and ages, comprehensive independent professional advice is available to prospective purchasers and any other individual or company who have an interest in residential property.

We provide a choice of products and services for homeowners, first time buyers and property investors. Our range of products enables you to choose a level of service suited to your needs and budget.

We aim to provide a competent, high quality service at reasonable cost. Our fees, which are assessed once the customer's requirements are fully determined, are usually set at a reasonable level that is competitive and affordable.
